Blinded Veterans Association

Just finished up a speaking engagement with the Blinded Veterans Association at the Louisville, KY VA Medical Center...had a great lunch talking with the group and hearing stories from all the veterans!

Spent the day working in the warehouse shipping dresses to stores...trying to make sense of late production from overseas....thank goodness for great stores that love my dresses!

Coming home to chaos

Nothing like traveling and coming home to find a HUGE pile of work awaiting you:>)  Isn't that how it always is?  I am at the studio trying to make sense of all the notes left for me....P.S. My knee is killing me after having to run thru the Chicago airport to catch my connecting flight...wow, thanks to the fine folks in Customs and Security for slowing things up so that myself and two others coming from Hong Kong had to run like Forest Gump to catch our flight...it was quite a sight to see:>)  ...me running yelling HOLD THE PLANE....wish someone had caught it on video:>)
